Orders & pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed; if a payment has already been taken for an incorrectly priced item, we will refund the difference or the full amount, your choice.

Digital (eBook) purchases

eBooks unlock instantly after payment is confirmed. Because delivery is instantaneous, eBook purchases are non-refundable once the file has been accessed, except where the file is genuinely defective or undeliverable.

Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — book text, cover art, and site design — is the property of Golden Quill Publishers or its authors and is protected by copyright. Purchasing a book grants you a personal license to read it; it does not grant reproduction or redistribution rights.
