Returns — physical books
If a book arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll replace it or refund it in full, including return shipping.
For a change-of-mind return on an unopened, undamaged book, contact us within 7 days of delivery — return shipping is the buyer's responsibility in this case.
eBooks
eBook purchases are non-refundable once accessed, since delivery is instant and the file can be freely re-downloaded from your account. If a file is genuinely corrupted or undeliverable, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
